Stockton proper and the cities around it. One note before the list: the rules on this site are Stockton’s. Neighboring cities run their own programs.

Stockton (SMC Chapter 13.40 applies)

Downtown and the waterfront, the Miracle Mile on Pacific Avenue, Lincoln Center, Weberstown and Sherwood, March Lane, Brookside, Spanos Park, Weston Ranch, French Camp. Every kitchen on a City of Stockton sewer connection is under the same chapter: three months or 25%, six-line hauler records, three-year file.

Lodi, Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy

We pump there too, on the same full-contents standard with the same documentation. These cities are their own sewer authorities with their own ordinances; we have not verified their current rules and will not pretend to on this page. Manteca runs a FOG discharge program through its Public Works environmental compliance office, and Tracy’s municipal code requires interceptors at restaurants with cleaning records available to the city on demand — both reported, neither quoted here as law. If you are in one of those cities, call: we will service the tank and point you to the right city office for the rule.

San Joaquin County

Environmental Health’s food program reports roughly 2,880 permitted facilities county-wide. That is the market the county’s sewer agencies are keeping grease out of, and it is the reason inspection programs exist in every one of them.
